PMS Holiday Health Fair @ Festival of Trees

To learn more about the wonderful programs being provided in your community, we invite you to join us for the PMS Holiday Health Fair on Wednesday November 30th from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm at the Farmington Civic Center.  After you visit the Health Fair, take a wander around the beautifully decorated trees at the 2016 Festival of Trees exhibit.

Admission is free and our concession stand will be open.
